The Windmill At Lytham St Anne 1977A photo of the windmill at Lytham St Anne taken in 1977. It is the type known as a tower mill used for grinding wheat and oats. In 1951 the mill was designated a Grade II Listed building and in 1989 it was totally restored by Fylde Borough Council and opened to the public.
