Annie Jane Moorcroft nee Essex (1877–1969) And Sons 8th Dec 1916Annie Jane Essex was born on the 29th December 1877 in Leigh Worcestershire. She was the daughter of Joseph Essex and Elizabeth Ellen Essex (Nee Gibbs). Annie married Frank Augustus Moorcroft on the 11th April 1903. The couple had two sons Frank Essex Moorcroft born on the 7th June 1904 and William Jospeh Essex Moorcroft born on the 18th Oct 1907. The family lived at 4 Lenham Gardens, Lenham Road, Sutton, Surrey and then moved to The Chestnuts Brighton Road, Sutton. Frank Essex Moorcroft didn't appear to marry and lived in Sutton. He died on the 27th Jan 1986 aged 81. William Joseph Essex Moorcroft married Marjory Alfra Taverner in July 1936. The couple had two sons. Annie Jane Moorcroft died on the 9th February 1969 aged 91.
