The Morris Minor 1000 Traveller was introduced in 1954. The floor and cab sections was built at the main Morris plant at Cowley then shipped to the MG factory at Abingdon for the rear wooden and aluminium structure to be fitted. Always popular the Traveller was built until the end of construction in 1971.
