When Elsie May Edgecock was born on 16th September 1895 in London, her father, Alfred, was 26, and her mother, Kate, was 30. She married Clarence Parcival Eyles on 18 May 1918 in Battersea, Surrey. They had two children during their marriage Blanche May Eyles and Stanley Clarence Eyles. She died on 10 November 1961 in Paddington London at the age of 66.
