Eliza Jane Nelson (Nee Henderson) With Her Younger Two Children Roland And MaudEliza Jane Henderson was born on the 20th August 1852 at The Cape Of Good Hope South Africa. Her parents were Sarah and William Henderson. She married John Henry Nelson on the 24th January 1876 in Paddington, London. Eliza died on She died on the 22nd December 1927 in Middlesex at the age of 75. Her youngest son was Roland Hugh Nelson who was born on the 11th May 1881 in Kensington, Middlesex. He married Hylda Letitia Grace Blois on the 11th June 1908 in London. The couple had three children. Roland died on the 19th December 1940 in London, at the age of 59. The youngest child in the family was Maude Frances who was born in November 1883. She married Peter Haig-Thomas in 1906 in London. They had two children during their marriage. Sadly Maude died on the 18th February 1918 at the age of just 35.
