This farm stood on the corner of The Street and Woodfield Lane with fields extending as far as Forest Lodge on the Epsom Road eastwards and northwards along Woodfield Lane to where the houses of Bramley Way and Meadow Road are situated today. The fields, with the exception of the one at the corner of Woodfield Lane, were sold off for building land in the 1890s.
